While this is a good book, I didn't really find much new in it. In a "carpe diem" way, this book looks at people who worry their lives away and how they can fix it with simple techniques. It makes me sad that what seems common sense has to be written and sold to people for them to learn, but better this way than not at all. Realizing the worst possible thing that could happen and then realizing how likely that would be if it were to happen is a nice trick. I liked when he talked about stage fright and I'm sure that could really help some people. I give it three stars, nothing too great, but good for people who struggle with it.
