Don't Sweat the small stuff...And It's all small stuff
This book is a godsend for all of us worry warts out there. You can literally read this on a weekend and change your life through the next week. It helped me a great deal with overcoming my ever growing list of fears and anxieties. You will enjoy it and use the techniques.

This review was helpful. It would be more beneficial to add some of the techniques the reader will learn. I have read the book but had I not have seen interesting techniques, I would not have touched another Don't sweat the small stuff book. There are a couple more now out there not so good as this one. However, it was brief and to the point. I love those types of reviews. Thanks.

The review was short and to the point. It was a lot like the book and I think it would encourage others to pick it up and read it. Reference to the helpful activities to overcome insecurities was good too.
