I will never forget the first time I read this book. I was always a voracious reader as a child and I had an obsession for books of quotations. When I first saw this book sitting amongst my parents' vast library, I thought that was what it was. I was wrong and could not have been more pleased.

Even at a young age, I realized that I was reading a priceless piece of information. I think it is this book that echoed throughout my soul that helped me to grow up into a strong, independent woman who has always had a strong grasp on who I am.

It's brief and it does jump from one topic to the next, but I feel it's just to the point and gives you the meat of the matter, rather than immersing you amongst a bunch of fluff and filler. Whenever I am having a hard day or I'm being too hard on myself, I pull this book out and thumb through it and always feel better!

It's funny how some of the silliest thing inspire us as kids. I'm 22 years old, and I still have an obsession with quotes. I love it, especially the ones that hold so much truth. This book has helped me figure out who I am, as a person as well as a friend. I have grown and pretty much revolved my life around this book. It's one of the best reads I know of.
