I read this book in about 45 minutes, but it changed the way I approach new problems. The book focuses on two types of "mice", those who resist change and those who pursue more proactive solutions.

While I really found the book to be helpful and relevant, the only issue I had with it was that those people who could truly benefit from the message of this book would quite likely miss the point entirely. It is written like a fable, so those who find it difficult to apply concepts from a work of fiction to real life may not find the book to be terribly helpful.
