Who knew that you could completely change how you think just by spending an hour reading a book? (Yes, this book is so short you can read the whole thing in under an hour.)

This book discusses how people handle change and the different mechanisms we use to cope with change. The characters in the book are easy to identify with and represent ourselves and the people in our lives. By following the characters in the book, we can observe how they handle change and how it relates to us. It is really an eye opening experience to learn about the silly things we do as individuals when faced with change.

This book is good for everybody to read, from teenagers to senior citizens. It is geared toward people in the workforce but I think that even the people in my baby playgroup could benefit from it.
