It tells you simple techniques to overcome fear and worries. It is a practical book which we can refer almost daily. The author Dale Carnegie has written this book with very simple words so that even an ordinary man can understand the techniques easily and practice it in his life.I have tried these techniques in my life and found it very useful to overcome my worries to a great extent. However, you need to read the book often, and then only you will find it useful in minimizing your worries. I agree with the author in almost all his views. However, it is easy to read and understand the techniques but not so easy to practice it. You need a strong mind and will power to implement the techniques and get the best out of this great book. I really consider this book as a useful guide to live happily forgetting your worries.
