DEALING WITH DISAPPOINTMENT

Disappointment is inevitable and disappointment is out of your control. When you are feeling disappointed what do you do to keep from getting angry or depressed?

well i personally when i got angry i will have a cold shower, or wash my face with cold water. if i'm standing i'll sit, if i'm sitting i'll lay down...
or try to break something simple and invaluable coz it makes you feel comfortable
