My ex is getting remarried and what irks me is he's only known her for 6 months and has only been with her in person twice. A couple of months ago he told me he was going to find someone to marry for financial security because he is self-employed and can't borrow or refinance so he wanted to find someone who would help him. This woman makes very good money and when I asked him how could he marry someone he wasn't in love with, he said he doesn't even know what love is. I'm having a hard time with this because he left because he told me he loved me more like a sister than a wife. We met at 13 and 14 and married at 16 and 17 so we never dated or anything but we did build a great relationship or so I thought but now he's going to marry someone he doesn't love. Is he desperate or scared of his financial future. I thought I'd remarry before him but I haven't found the right person and I feel like my time is running oout but I can't see myself getting married without love.
