Took guest instructor TJ’s class.  Realized very quickly that the
number of workouts I’ve done this week following the dreaded lunges was
NOT a good idea!  Holy crap.  Some weeks things just add up WRONG.
100 jump squats
90 mountain climbers
80 situps
70 jumping lunges
60 wall ball (12#)
50 plank ups
40 L-ups
30 ball slams (20#)
20 pushups
10 burpees

Would have done this much faster on a different week, but it was
good and I made it through.  I kept having to stop, not because of
cardio, but because my legs simply wouldn’t work!  Ack!

MMA Conditioning Class
Took an hour long conditioning class at the place I’m doing kickboxing
- it was all mixed martial arts oriented.  So basically a variety of
drills based on jiujitsu, wrestling and kickboxing.  It was a good
workout around medium intensity, but I enjoyed the drills because it’s
helping me get my timing back and remember transitions and combos.
