Rest Day!

Left hamstring is a little wanky today from taking too many kicks to
that leg from an overly tall sparring partner.  Damn you tall people!

12:00pm - Yoga Naga

Well, all I can say is at least there was a class this week and it
wasn’t like last week where I walked down there and found out it was
canceled.  Although, it was probably the worst taught yoga class I’ve
taken, so I’m not sure if it was better or not really.  Ugh.

4:00pm - Lunging to the Gates of Hell

Figured I owed it to my students to do the dreaded walking lunge
workout!  And by myself no less!  I think I looked like some sort of
drunken crazy person wobbling around in the alley way.

200m walking lunges

30 pullups

200m walking lunges

30 g/h situps

200m walking lunges

30 pushups (all toes)

A little off from my old PR’s but getting back to being closer. 
Closest I’ve gotten since the Nub appeared, at least.  My old Shoulder
Press PR is 75#, got 70# today.  My old 3 RM Push Press is 105# and I
got 100# today.  If I’d had more time I think I would have tried 105#
on both PP and PJ, but I had to keep moving forward in the workout.
