Having only been to three Major League Baseball parks in my lifetime so far (Chavez Ravine, Tropicana Field, and Camden Yards), I decided to search for some other expert opinions on the best for food and drink. One tip I can give you: when you go to a ball game and decide to eat the food, make sure that you leave your guilt at home and just decide to let loose!

ESPN’s website has a review of two guys who traveled to every MLB park and listed the best dogs and food. The book, The Ultimate Baseball Road-Trip: A Fan's Guide to Major League Stadiums is written by Josh Pahigian and Kevin O'Connell and claims they have favorites at Camden Yards, Minute Maid Park, Wrigley Field, Tropicana Field, and many others.

The Sporting News also compiled a list of their favorites that includes Fenway Park, Coors Field, and Petco Park.

As far as beer is concerned – I’ve never seen anyone complain or champion the selections at any particular park. I’ve noticed that the three baseball and four NFL football stadiums I have been to all serve a decent variety and have both import and domestic. I’m comfortable saying that the fact there is beer is usually sufficient for most sports fans.

Numerous blogs and fansites also have their opinions, but everyone has a particular slant. I won’t lie to you about my hometown stadium though – no one is really that excited about Dodger Dogs. These are more tradition than anything else.
