What I started doing is I placed my elliptical in front of the TV. I watch about an hour of TV a day so I started thinking "what the hell" and started exercising every day. Once the TV is on, I can't help but to get on that elliptical

I basically live in my workout clothes. If I don't have somewhere to be, then I've got my running shoes on. It keeps my fitness goals actively running through my mind. The commitment is key, but I'm not sure about the "routine" part. I hear "routine" and I wanna rebel! Kudos to you Bob!! 300/day is mighty impressive.
