It seems like everywhere you go; someone is using NLP (neuro-linguistic programming). The book covers all the techniques and how belief systems control every aspect of your life. I do not really like NLP but I’ve read about so many others being helped by it, I would recommend it. It is too hard to follow and does not seem very interesting to me. One problem is I was interviewing for a job when I read about the way you turn your eyes indicates if you are lying or not. I spent the rest of the day wondering if I did this or that or looked to the left or right when I was asked questions. On and on, body language and other boring stuff to me. I have only heard positive from other people but to me it is just extra fodder to worry about. It may be more beneficial and have totally different applications if used in a business.
