This Leading Edge work by Esther and Jerry Hicks, who present the teachings of the Non-Physical consciousness Abraham, explains that the two subjects most chronically affected by the powerful Law of Attraction are financial and physical well-being. This book will shine a spotlight on each of the most significant aspects of your life experience and then guide you to the conscious creative control of every aspect of your life, and also goes right to the heart of what most of you are probably troubled by: money and physical health. Not having enough money or not having good health puts you in the perfect position for creating more of that which you do not have. This book has been written to deliberately align you with the most powerful law in the universe—the Law of Attraction—so that you can make it work specifically for you.
Money, and the Law of Attraction is formatted in five, vibrant essays:
Part I – Processing of Pivoting and Positive Aspects
Part II – Attracting Money and Manifesting Abundance
Part III – Maintaining Your Physical Well-Being
Part IV – Perspectives of Health, Weight, and Mind
Part V – Careers, as Profitable Sources of Pleasure
Also included is a free CD (excerpted from a live Abraham-Hicks workshop) that features the Art of Allowing your physical and financial well-being to come through.
I liked this book because it helped me a lot. The only reason any person does not have enough money is because they are blocking money from coming to them with their thoughts. Every negative thought, feeling, or emotion is blocking your good from coming to you, and it includes money. This book teaches law of attraction and also it guides us how to apply and attract abundance of money in our life. To attract money, you must focus on wealth. Positive thinking helps you to change your life.
I've been a long time admirer of the Abraham-Hicks lectures, and of their channeled books. It is easy to embrace their teachings as factual. It is also easy to understand Abraham's perspective on money being of little consequence, since the collective is 'on the other side', as it were, and one could assume money isn't used there.
I first read this book when I was unemployed and innundated with worry about finances- which as Abraham teaches, only serves to push abundance further away.
It is a lot easier to comprehend the teachings of the book if the reader can focus on viewing money in a more positive light at the outset. This is difficult to do if the wolf is at the door.
I liked this book because it seemed to portray how one will progress in life in relation to their standpoint on money. While in your early teens, all the way up until your elderly years, your perspective will change drastically on how money is handled and how you view it. That's what I like about this book; it reveals the perspectives on money that will come about throughout the average life of most anybody. Through the use of the "Law of Attraction," the author describes how money revolves around the lives of many, and how many revolve around money. Very interesting perspective on the management of what makes this very world go round.
Ester and Jerry Hicks present an interesting view of how your thoughts create your reality, and focus on what many of us would love to have, more money!
Personally, I'm never sure about people who claim to be hearing voices that instruct them in the knowledge of the universe, I mean, isn't this kinda like schizophrenia?
I was willing to give it a read and listen anyway, because it was recommend by a good friend. I honestly don't know where the ideas they present really come from, but the ideas are solid, grounded and reasonable.
I found it easy to follow what they are saying, the book is very readable. It's all the other wealth attraction material you have ever read packaged in new language, with a new twist here and there. I felt that the new twists that Ester and Jerry gave this material made it more clear and understandable.
This book and CD make difficult topics and concepts understandable, and no matter who is really doing the writing, I would recommend it.
Esther and Jerry Hicks seem to be fine people. However, if their information is so good then why aren't there people raving about the millions of dollars they've raked in since reading "Money, and the Law of Attraction"? I like their video "The Secret of the Secret" and recommend you watch that instead of reading this book.
