I got this for my daughter when she was pregnant and also read it myself. This is a wonderful little book that addresses the spiritual and emotional aspects of being pregnant.

I'm thrilled that my daughter and other women her age have resources like this available to them now. In reading this myself, I wished I'd had something similar when I was pregnant.

The part I thought was very helpful was the journaling advice. That's such a powerful exercise for anyone, but especially so when pregnant.

I think any pregnant woman could enjoy and benefit from this book ... and us grandma's can see what we missed.
