This was one of those books that my mother insisted that I read. I did, twice, because most of what I found in this book was manipulative, underhanded tactics used to trick a man into a relationship. I had to ask, "If you have to trick a man into a relationship, is it a relationship that is going to last, or one that is even worthwhile?"

Even so, I gave it a fair read on two occasions. In some ways I can see the value of pointing out the pitfalls that so many women succumb to when dating, however, it still struck me as the strategies presented were manipulative and very underhanded.

I would recommend reading this one with a grain of salt, and using open communication if you are truly serious about finding a truly serious man to have a relationship with you, the rest is too surface based and petty.
