I'm a deep thought person. I love thinking existentially and love reading books on those topics. This is a real smack in the face to me. Sometimes I can live in la la land so much that I lose sight of reality. (Its true, I'm sorry!) By reading this book, and let me clarify that I do not have a problem with knowing what life is about or things of that nature, I did get a clearer understanding of who I am in the world, and how by me taking my thoughts captive one my one, my negative thoughts and energy can be expelled and I can live a much happier life. I really appreciate the level of depth of this book and I am excited about his new one next year.
