Over the course of reading this book, I have learned to train myself by steering my subconscious. Richard Bandler’s method is solely responsible for my quitting smoking. In addition, it allowed and gave me the tools to analyze myself and see what I could improve upon. I then used the book’s techniques to disable and remove several bad habits I had, and replace them with good habits.
