Rhonda Britten, Life Coach on NBC's hit show Starting Over, guides readers on a 30-day step-by-step journey to help define goals and make extraordinary life changes in their lives, using practical insights, exercises, and inspiring wisdom.
The book was a very interesting read, and I found the author to be very sincere in giving advice. The book was really useful because the author really did have the reader try and apply her suggestions, which is very important for anyone to get any kind of help. Also, she own story really related to me. The book really does make you look inside, towards yourself to find your true identity. It really is very thought provoking. I recommend this for anyone who has any troubles with finding themself!
This book didn't make me want to jump out of my seat and make some miraculous change in my life. It barely made me budge. Okay... I moved just enough to put it on the far end of my book shelf because I will not be rereading it for reference. Each chapter is filled with the average statements of how to change your life and common sense scriptures that you can hear from your mother if you stayed on the phone long enough. This book would be more beneficial for teenagers or for those who did not have the benefit of thier mother's company ( or harrassment). I would not refer this book to anyone. It does not seem to be worth reading.
You'r very average self improvement book. I wasn't overly impressed by anything that I read, nor did I have one of those wide awakening moments that I like to have when I read other self improvement books. It was just ordinary and I found myself asking why I didn't look it over better at the store or maybe just checked it at the library. I mean any improvement is good for any individual, but this book is nothing special. Fix your life in 30 days. Uh huh. Sure.
If you just want to read words I guess this book would be fine for that.
