I was given this book by a friend after she seen me going through my second abusive relationship, I suppose she felt pretty bad for me knowing I was again making the choice to stay in an unhealthy relationship just because I wanted "LOVE", I was at that time in my life willing to except the physical and emotional abuse just to hear someone say they loved me, however I realize today I should have never excepted this type of love. The love I had was very unhealthy for myself and for my children. After reading this book I understood that I was a better person than what I was excepting, I realized that their is love of all sorts and you can learn what healthy love is. Today I live in a very healthy relationship, I am loved respectfully as well as I now know how to love in a positive, not clingy way. I would truly recommend this book for anyone.

Ah' Love, that four letter word that each and everyone of us yearn for. Some openly, some more reserved about it. Whatever it is, however you go about getting or recieving it. Love keeps us happy, love keeps us healthy, Love keeps us vibrant and Love gives us energy.
When we don't have it our bodys and minds thrive for it.
This book will help you to understand what loving and being loved really is. It teaches us to look at our experiences with it from our past and our present. Highly recommended!
