This book, and one of my favorite procrastination books should be sold together. Its one thing to have goals, but its another to actually act on them. I love how Brian weaves his own personal success with the success of other companies to build a convincing case for why goals are important for managers and for lowly employees. I am a big believer that if you can motivate the base of a company, you can change the whole dynamic, and the base is always those "lowly" employees that do the ground work. I also liked how this book was scalable to the young entrepreneur without a company but big ideas. Great book, very interesting. My wife liked it as well and offered it her book club.

Goals!: How to get Everything You Want- Faster than You Ever Thought Possible is a wonderful read sure to inspire even a procrastinator into action. The beginning of the book he talks about his rise from poverty. I thoroughly enjoyed my copy I borrowed from the library and was so glad I picked it up. By starting out with writing your daily goals and then following through you will develop the habit and discipline needed to succeed in anything you set out to. I recommend it for those that lack the motivation to begin on accomplishing your goals to set out and read it. The actionable steps are short and simple so you wont feel overwhelmed. Although the knowledge is not new, how it is presented will still enlighten others and motivate them into action. Even those who are already in the habit of writing out their goals can benefit from reading this book as it will probably show you steps that make achieving your goals easier and on time.

Brian Tracy is a safe bet, whatever he writes. Goals! however is too good.

After the 'Magic of thinking big' this is the one book that has the power to shake your innards and get your little brain back on track. Practical questions... proven tips... the creation of self worth and page-after-page of introspection make Goals a sound read.

This book crept into my life thanks to a subscription program and I actually squirmed while reading, unable to finish. My rebound (obviously) came with a warcry and helped Goals become a way of life.
