This thing is WONDERFUL if you have a cold. I use those Glade brand plug-ins to make my home smell good year around. I saw this Vicks brand plug-in thingy in the cold and flu isle at the store when I was there picking up a prescription. I had to have it. When I get a cold, I am notorious for putting Vicks Vapo-rub on my nose and chest. This thing is just like a plug-in but the scent is like Vapo-rub! It fills your room with the scent of Vapo-rub and helps you breath at night and clears your head sans the gooey rub! I think this would be great for kids and anyone who just doesn't want to put the rub on themselves. Its basically aromatherapy for colds and flu! I can not say enough good stuff about this. I have used it several times when dealing with allergies or head colds and I just love it. It doesn't work as good as the rub for really bad congestion, but it still works great and I would recommend it to anyone.
