This is a very healthy and good program to lose weight. It does not cut any corners. Yes, it's not going to be super easy, but also, it's not as hard as one might think. In exercise, it's about 30 minutes of varying intense and lighter workouts and it definitely helps burn more calories this way. In dieting, it's very simple: each serving you eat of protein, carbs, and veggies are the size of your fist. It's a completely healthy way of losing weight and from personally experience, it's the best way. It completely makes sense physically and scientifically. This might be difficult for those who are unable to change their eating habits or not willing to exercise. One negative aspect is that it's very strict program, but I guarantee that if you follow it, you will lose weight and become more healthy.
