Prenatal vitamins
My room mate is currently pregnant with her second child, and we were discussing the possibility that I may be pregnant. She introduced me to her prenatal vitamins. It's not for sure that I'm pregnant yet, but she thought it'd be best if I went ahead and starting taking the vitamins because they'll help you and not harm you. Since I've started taking these vitamins, my hair is healthier, my skin is healthier, and I just feel better all-around. I'm anemic, and they help my iron level too. I never forget to take them, because of my room mate, but I love the convenience of only having to take this vitamin once a day. I recommend this to any mother-to-be or anyone who is looking for a good vitamin just for themselves.
These are great prenatal vitamins. When I was pregnant I had loads of issues with the prenatal vitamins. A lot of them caused constipation (which is apparently a normal thing for prenatal vitamins) and made me so sick. These ones were easy to take (not a huge horse pill like some) and didn't cause me any problems.
I am the mother of two beautiful children and with both pregnancies, I took Rainbow Light Just Once Prenatal vitamins. They are really great quality vitamins and I really like that you only have to take one a day. Even more important, they are 100% natural which is so very important for your health and your baby's health. They are also gentle on your stomach which is wonderful during the first few months of pregnancy when you are experiencing morning sickness. I am breastfeeding my second child now and will continue to take these vitamins until we are done breastfeeding. I would recommend these prenatal vitamins to any expecting woman or even to any women trying to get pregnant as they provide all of the vitimins and minerals your body needs.
