Our signature scent, Karma, is amazingly popular all around the world and especially in Asia. Reminiscent of 1960s Kensington High Street, Karma entices people to want to take it home. Be it fragrance, soap, bubbles, dusting powder – you name it, they adore it! We love it too! Mo wanted to make an Emotibomb in the shape of a lucky coin to commemorate the Chinese New Year. Scenting it with Karma was a match made in heaven (actually it was Dorset). Place it your shower floor and as it fizzes into nothingness, it releases its calming, reviving spicy–orange scent to bring you good luck, double fast.
I picked up the Up the Wooden Hill kind after reading the previous reviewers review, since I'm always trying to find new ways to relax. It's simply amazing! I get out of the shower feeling so loose I can just crawl into bed and sleep. It's a really nice effect without having to take a sleeping pill first! I definitely use it almost every day now, to help me sleep, and not only fall asleep but sleep much better and wake up much more rested!
Lush has always been one of my favourite companies for fresh, mostly vegan products for bath, body and self-care. Recently, they heard from those of us who mostly shower and don't always have the time to bathe and reap the rewards of their wonderful bath bombs. We wanted aromatherapy for the shower! And Lush delivered (as always) with style.
Emotibombs are great little tablets you take in the shower with you. Don't put them directly under the stream of hot water or they'll vanish too quickly; instead place them where the steam and splashes will get them, and you'll be rewarded with a long-lasting aromatherapy steam of spa quality in your home shower.
Emotibombs come in five scents; Up You gets, Up the Wooden Hill, Too Drunk, Sex in the Shower, and Double Fast Luck. Up the Wooden Hill is my favourite - it's meant to induce sleep and relaxation, and is wonderful at the end of a long, stressful day to create a deeply restful night. I have issues with insomnia, and wake often during the night, but when I particularly need rest I prescribe one of these before bed, and sleep soundly and through the night afterwards. Too Drunk is especially wonderful the morning after too much partying, as it is a hangover cure. It works gently and beautifully, and I plan to keep many on hand for upcoming holiday parties!
