Does Herbal Fiberblend Really Clean You Out?

A friend of mine recommended that I try this colon cleansing product called Herbal Fiberblend. I was intrigued. I really don't have any health problems, thank the Lord, but I figured I was due for a good clean out since I don't always eat the best foods. I decided to give it a try.

First of all, the Herbal Fiberblend powder tastes terrible! I had to mix it with grape juice in order to get it down. I was glad my friend suggested that. The herbs are really strong, which I suppose is a good thing. That's part of the reason why it works so well.

And it definitely works. The psyllium fiber bulks up and scrapes the lining of your intestines giving them a good clean. I was afraid that it would give me diarrhea or that I wouldn't be able to get to the bathroom fast enough. Fortunately, that wasn't the case. You do 'go' several times a day, but it is gentle and thorough.

I ended up buying three pots of Herbal Fiberblend and doing a full three month cleanse as recommended. I had a few detox symptoms here and there, but I felt like I was doing something good for me. People started commenting on my complexion and how good I was looking, so I perhaps it wasn't my imagination.

I would recommend this product. In fact, I did get my husband to do a three month cleanse after I was finished. I think it would be especially helpful to people who DO have any type of bowel problems or suffer from constipation.

It's certainly natural and cheap enough to give it a try.
