Beth Moore is amazing. In this devotion book, Ms. Moore has challened us in a very personal way; that is to avoid spiritual laziness by jumping daily into the Bible and also to use the same Scriptures and passages that I read to restructure my prayer life. Having a loving attitude towards the Bible and prayer is vitally important but if we join our prayer life and dailys readings together, your life will be turned upside down (in the best way, of course!!). By reading daily, our faith will only continue to grow HIGHLY recommended!!

If you are a reader of Christian books Beth Moore is no stranger to you. In this devotional book I have been personally challenged. It is very easy to become spiritually lazy. This book has challenged me not only to dive into the Bible daily (avoiding laziness)but to also use those same Scriptures to revolutionalize my prayer life. It is so important to have a loving attitude toward the Bible and prayer...but combine both and your life will be changed! Prayers to God are based upon the promises of God's Word (the Bible) and when you read/quote God's Word in prayer your faith will grow in a wonderful way. Highly recommended.

One of my favorite writers has given us a book that daily encourages us to bathe our spirits in the word of God. I can certainly tell a difference when I wake up to the word or decide to skip it. This devotional guide packs a powerful punch. It only takes a moment to be encouraged by the powerful messages in this wonderful little book. A "must be on your nightstand" read.
