It's not necessary to believe in any of this to enjoy this book ... although, by the time you're done you may have changed your mind on a few things.

This book is very inclusive of all religions and ideas and philosophies ... no one is left out. The general feeling of this book, and all of Goodman's writing, is one of love and interconnectedness ...

I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to understand themselves better, as well as some of the other traditions out there.
