Using simple techniques drawn from mindfulness practice, each of these intimate and fun activities will help readers feel closer, more connected, and more deeply in love with their intimates. The meditations, affirmations, and observations will foster gratitude, kindness, trust, and empathy. In the course of these practices, readers can learn new ways to deal with conflict and daily stress.
My wife bought this book for me for my birthday one year. We had enjoyed the other books in this series so much, she correctly assumed we would also enjoy this book. What is cool about this book as compared to the others in this series is that it is one you can share with your partner and do the meditations together more easily and many are written in a way that you would not think to do them alone. Again it has 100 mini-meditations under four separate category listings and not all 100 will suit you, but if you are open to it all, you will find many will enrich your life and definitely your relationship with your partner. We have tried nearly all of the mini-meditations in this book, but ones that we actually try to do at least once a week are the "thankful for you" and "laugh out loud." Please realize that this book is for adults and that it is focused on those in a committed relationship that includes love making. This is not for teens or children. I would recommend this book for all couples who are open to trying different ways to get closer and stay closer. You will learn things about yourself and your partner. I know I have and it has truly brought my relationship with my wife to a new level many times.
