I was someone you could call an "extremely angry person" growing up I had a ton of reasons to become an angry person, I had a drug dealer/addict father who mentally and physically abused me. By the time I reached Jr. High School I was in fights every other week, after reading so many books and looking at websites I've come to a point in life where I somewhat understand my anger, this site is great it teaches angry people such as myself how to deal with your anger and how to stop yourself before you get to the point of physically or verbally boiling over the top. After reading some of the parts of this site I was able to understand my anger, I am very greatful for reading this and learning how and when to deal with my anger in a positive manner. This site is a site everyone and anyone can learn something from.
Although obviously a wonderful resource for people with anger management problems, as well as for people trying to classify their anger issues, this is just a great site. For people like me, who don't get angry often, but sometimes need a little help with it, this website has great strategies to help you cool down without losing your cool. Give it a shot!
I have had issues in the past with controlling my rage. I am quick to anger and quick to yell at people, especially in the car at strangers or toward my family. I found this website recently and its really helped me to see how to try to start and control this rage. It teaches you the signs and symptoms of anger issues and ways to curb it and back out of the situations that trigger it before you fall into that rage. It also has links to professional help and ways to determine if you need to seek this help or are able to do it on your own. I would highly recommend this site to anyone who experiences uncontrollable rage/anger or to anyone who lives with or knows someone who is struggling with this issue. Its a simple straight-forward site that is easy to navigate. Its nothing fancy or special, but just presents the facts and links to information you can use to help you and those you love.
