Do you have a small business? Do you get tired of the day to day quibble in your office? Office politics? Pay rates? This is a great site to go and talk to other small business owners and get insight into what you can do better in order to make more money and to really grow. I'm really impressed with its ease of use and its clearly owned by a small business owner who "gets it". I really like to visit this site when I have a few minutes in the day, it really never lets me down. A great way to de-stress and even sharpen interview skills when needed the most. I recommend using tipsforsuccess.com when interviewing new hires. Has worked for me every time!
I originally found this website from a search on how to deal with difficult people. I have some people at work that are just a nightmare to deal with and needed some advice on how to handle situations that arise with them. This site is really good. Its free and has articles in five categories on over 20 subjects. They also have links to a bookstore for buying print versions of their offerings and more. One thing you need to be aware of that is not obvious to you at first is that this site is in association with L. Ron Hubbard. This may turn some people off at first (I know I had issues with it initially), but if you just read it for what it is, and do not think about his aspect of it, you will get a lot out of it. There really is some good advice here. I would recommend this site to anyone wanting some advice on how to succeed in their jobs/careers who are able to look past the L. Ron Hubbard association (if it bothers them!).
