This has been the wonderful instant energy drink,ever seen in my life.Because i had used many in the past,but they are not that much good.This is really fantastic and its results are excellent.This is a mixture of natural supplements which you cannot find with other energy drinks.It won,t make you tired for much time

I have tried many energy drinks and I liked this one a lot. The taste was good, actually much better than most. The calories are low. My trainer and the health club recommended it and I use it all the time now.

I've taken many different types of energy drinks in the past. The two things that have always bothered me about those drinks was the jittering and the extreme tiredness I would feel after the drink wore off. But than I started taking Advocare Spark Energy Drink. The thing I really liked was the fact that I was no longer using stimulants. Spark is filled with all natural supplements that not only gives me energy, but also just gives me a feeling of well-being. I highly recommend this product to anyone who needs a boost throughout the day without the side effects from those other drinks out there.

I am not usually one who enjoys nutritional or energy drinks but I found I enjoy AdvoCare Spark. The taste is pleasant and not as bland as other energy drinks I have used. Normally energy drinks make me overly hyper yet AdvoCare had no effect except for giving me more energy. The drink also has good butritional qualities and some HS children I work with enjoy it as well. I would recommend this.

I have to say I was not all that impressed with this energy drink mix. The taste was actually fairly good, as opposed to most nutrition mixes, but I did not get the intended effects I was after. From reading the box I could tell it had many vitamins and minerals I need, but I couldn't feel a decent boost of energy while in the gym. It seemed to be more or less just another energy drink you find in the refrigerator section at a gas station. I received a short boost, but ended quickly. It seemed to almost have the effects of your typical "sugar high." I was disappointed.

My 15 year old loves energy drinks, but I can not allow him to drink them too often because of the large amounts of caffeine they contain. So, when I found the Advocare drink mix, I thought it might be something he would like. He loves it! In fact, our entire family has been enjoying the Advocare drinks! The drink tastes great and it really does give you a boost. But, it does not contain any harmful ingredients. It actually contains lots of vitamins and minerals. The price is a little high, but not when you consider that the you get fourteen drinks out of one package. That is comparable to the price you would pay for a typical energy drink. We have tried two other flavors, but still like the fruit punch flavor the best. I would definitely recommend this product to someone looking for an alternative to caffeine laden energy drinks.

When I first received the sample I was hesitant to try it, fearing it would have a dread aftertaste. I was pleasantly surprised. The fruit punch had a pleasant taste, not too sweet and smelled pleasant. What really mattered is that it did provide the energy boost I needed. Within minutes of drinking it I was wide awake, the energy lasted for hours much longer than other energy supplements I had tried in the past. I also loved the fact that along with no added sugar the AdvoCare provided only 45 calories per serving. I have recommended it to several friends who have tried it and also enjoyed it.
