No, i do not believe in Astrology, and i don't think it was only Indian, the chinese also had some good astrologers. The problem is that they mixed astronomy with religion and created astrology. You can predict the movement of the planets etc, but it is ridiculous to expect that the planets have any effect on you. The problem with Humans, is that we think we are too important, and though we know we are not at the center of the Universe, we like to feel that the planets and everything were created for us, and that is why they affect us.

But if you think with an open mind, you will realize how insignificant we are in this vast universe, and how ludicrous it is to imagine that a planet which is so many miles away can affect you.

No, I don't really believe it it. The predictions always seem to be general enough that it can really be anyone. I feel that if you really believe it, you can make it fit no matter what. People generally look over the things that are wrong and just focus on what's right.

I don't believe it because most of the current astrologers are giving rough predictions. they are not accurate. They simply try to convince the customers to make money.

nope!not one bit. its funny, when ever a astrologer is put to a double blind test, all there powers vanish. but if you know a real one tell them to contact the jref. the million could be theirs

I don't really believe in it. It's just a money making machine. Although I do read the predictions for entertainment and a laugh.

I find that many of today's astrology predictions are off the mark due to having to predict for a general group. Some predictions may have seemed to come true from astrology, but a lot of it seems to work for a good deal of events. It seems sometimes, an astrologer may hit the mark, but not very often. I don't think it's an exact science.

They have never been accurate for me. Then I've never had a serious reading done. It still doesn't seem even close though.

As a Christian, I do not believe in Astrology. It is my opinion that most people that look to astrology are looking for answers. In my mind I have already found the answer, and that is Jesus Christ.

Nope, I think astrologers are people paid to write stuff and sell them to the public.

I don't believe in astrology. I think it was a way for people to explain things that they couldn't explain otherwise, kind of like invisible angels propelling the planets around the sun. I think there is a divine being, but to gather meaning from the stars just doesn't seem right.

I don't believe in astrology, either, although I do believe in a host of metaphysical ideas. I find it entertaining to read predictions but I don't think life is determined by the cycle of the moons or something else. Still I know a number of people do believe in it so maybe I am missing something.

I don't believe in astrological predictions. I think some things, like star signs, can be incredibly accurate, however broad base predictions from thousands of years ago, I do not believe in. I think that they did not have enough information that we have today, to make truly accurate descriptions.

I don't believe in astrology. I do believe in things like your horoscopes or even tarot. I've had several things prove to be true, although there is a great chance it could be coincidental. I have to agree with the last commenter, there's no way they had enough evidence to prove what they've predicted. Some of them may be right, but as far as exact dates go, I will never believe. So far, all of them have proven to be wrong. As for astrologers today, I feel the same. Think about it, thousands of years from now, they're going to be saying the same thing about our astrologers today, that we were saying about the astrologers a thousand years ago. You can't believe anything, all you can do is wait and see what happens.

While I do think that there is some meaning to be found in astrological events, I think that today's horoscopes are mostly for entertainment purposes only. I still like to read my horoscope from my favorite astrologer from time to time, just because they are general enough that they actually provide helpful advice that I can process and apply on some level.
