I have seen things that I classify as a miracle. for example I have seen someone healed of back pain after prayer. DO you think miracles are real?
Yes My niece had a stroke. She recovered in a few days. Then the doctors claimed she never had a stroke.
I believe miracles happen everyday. My husband is a miracle. He was three months premature, weighing a total of one pound. His lungs weren't completely developed, so he was diagnosed with chronic asthma. The doctors said that he would never walk, and that'd he be a vegetable. It was pretty sad, because his mother couldn't handle it. They were in and out of hospitals everyday, because he was so sick. She actually considered giving him up for adoption, but she refused because she was worried about what the family would think of her.
After all is said and done, I'm happy to announced that I'm married to a healthy 22 year old man. He's not only healthy, but he's in the U.S. Army. You can't get into the Army, if you have any complications whatsoever.
This is just one of the several miracles I've experienced in my life. I'm greatful for each and every one of them, too.
I feel left out, lol. I want a miracle and I'm not referring to the whipped variety. That was a "Miracle Whip" jokes if you didn't get it, lol.
I am hoping so. My car almost went into a ditch one winter, but after I yelled stop, it stopped just in time. However, I have been doubting this for some time due to many unaswered prayers and so many bad things happening. I just thought my life would never go back to being as bad as my childhood years, but it did in the last few years. I guess a person could say, I'm waiting for a miracle to prove that there is reason to believe in them strongly again.
i don't believe in miracles. if they were real then we could use science to test them. but every time a double blind test is preformed there's never a real affect
If anyone should doubt that miracles exist, just come to New England in the spring or the fall. The natural beauty is something that is truly awe inspiring. Or consider the birth of a child - what a way to experience a miracle then by witnessing life itself!
No,I do not. I believe that they are only coincidence. In your example, you claimed that someone got better after they prayed. That was just a coincidence based on my view. How many people have gotten sick and how many have prayed? There are many, and out of those many, surely there must be a few where a "seemingly miracle" has occurred. But in reality, it's just a matter of chance.
I really don't think miracles happen, people just tend to name anything that they cannot explain as a miracle. How is it that there were so many miracles before but so less now? It's because today we can explain most things with science, we do not think rain falling down is because of the rain gods.
