...to kitchen gadgets. It's hard to reconcile this with trying not to consume too much, but I still browse shopping sites and drool at things like garnishing knife sets and yogurt machines. As it is I have more kitchen supplies than the average 1950s housewife!

Although I know alot about diet, health, nutrition, vitamins, etc. I am not perfect. I don't obsess, or try to do everything right. I believe that perfect health is unattainable, but great health is achievable. With that, some imperfection is not only allowed, but expected and embraced. I make a good conscious effort. Sometimes more diligent, other times not. Positive mental attitude is probably as significant to how health your dinner may have been. So, I confess.. I am not perfect. I love food, people, travel, ...life as a whole.. too much to try to be perfect.

I have a lot of electronics, gadgets, and machineries at home. it might sound weird, but that's just how of a person I am. And at the same time, I'm so addicted to Rock Music, even increasing the volume won't change a time. (As long as I get along with the flow and understand it.

I cut off plant leaves in stores. I use them in vases for decoration. Yikes!

Seriously, what the hell? I find it sad, when someone's personal life IS their work life. When I go home at the end of the day, I don't spend the rest of the night talking about what happened at work today. When people ask, how was work today? A simple 'ok' does the trick. But when you're working with someone that calls their husband every 20 minutes to update on the scoop of the day, I seriously just want to bitchslap them. MY GOD. Please get a life, and stop sharing yours with me, and stop sharing everything with everybody. Phew!
