Last week I had a bit of a mishap while going for a pullup max record. I fell off the bar, landed ribs first on a wooden box and busted some stuff.

On the bright side I DID beat my old pullup record. My new personal record for most consecutive pullups in one set is 29.

So for now, pretty much everything is on hold - yoga, CrossFit, even just running or doing simple movements. I haven't yet figured out how to lay down and have been sleeping propped up. I'm considering it all an exercise in patience and learning to relax.

Sleeping sitting up? That seems like torture! How long will you have to do this.. how patient are you?

Yeah, I'm not very patient at ALL - lol! I think this is a test to TEACH me patience. It's gonna be around 6 weeks of inactivity, I'm guessing. I tried to do 1 pushup today and it didn't work!
