Back Squats
3-3-3-3-3-3-3
7 sets of 3 back squats:
Set 1 - 85#
Set 2 - 105#
Set 3 - 125#
Set 4 - 140#
Set 5 - 155#
Set 6 - 165#
Set 7 - 170#
I’m really happy! My old 3RM on back squat was 155# - that’s actually what my avatar photo is of and it’s from a while back.
We did one bonus 1RM attempt and I tried 190# and missed (my PR from 3-4 weeks ago was 185#), but I’m still glad and I’m sure I’ll get it another day when I haven’t already killed myself on the 3RM!
