Recommend this? YES NO

You don't stand for something until you stand up for it when it is violated. The people I respect most have:
-the WISDOM to know the right thing to do
-the INTEGRITY to do it
-the CHARACTER to stand up to those who don't do it
-the COURAGE to stop those who won't do it

What do you stand for? What will you stand up for?

I don't like being a hypocrite and actions do speak louder than words and my life and self-esteem has been much better since I've started practicing what I preach.

I take a stand for health and balance. Our bodies are our "primary interface" as I like to say, and if we don't have our health, we're not truly having the best experience of life. At the same time I don't want to be the type of person who tells people what to do. I hope to live by example. But does that mean I'm not taking a stand if I don't get in people's faces about it?
