There's a good reason why June 2nd was declared National Break-Up Day in 2006. And it wasn't just because Budweiser used it to promote the ho-hum movie The Break-Up. Summer is a time to loosen your tie, cast off your old ways, and perhaps get rid of the things - and people - that are holding you back.  That's right: it's time to throw caution to the wind - while trying not to throw your back out!
