It's almost here. The big one.

In just six short days, we'll cross the finish line in the most dramatic and highly anticipated Race to the White House on record. It's been exhilarating and at times terrifying, as no matter who wins in the end, we'll all be bracing for humanities great Achilles' Heel: That fear of the unknown that only Change can bring.

Now more than ever, it's time to start facing that fear and embracing Change and all the wonders it can bring.

This week on PeopleJam we've featured excellent Product reviews on materials that are designed to help facilitate this process.

Sla7272 writes, on Spencer Johnson's classic "Who Moved My Cheese?": "Change management at its best! It gives a great foundation for managers and leaders to understand the thinking behind the fears of change and how to overcome them. A great read for a changing environment."

Writes PareCon80 on one of our newly featured websites, TheChangeBlog.com: "Lately I've been thinking about making big changes in my life. I want to quit my job I've had for 9 years and find something more meaningful to do with my time and with my life. I also want to make personal changes as well and I feel like this blog shares a lot of the same values I have and presents them in a genuine, heartfelt, and intelligent way. While I'm just beginning my journey to personal growth, I feel like this blog has been a good guide with suggestions like creating a personal mission statement, which has allowed me to focus my attention on what I really want at this point in my life and for my future."

And finally, with pressing environmental issues sure to be at the forefront of either Party's mandate, get a head start on changing your Green Lifestyle by reading our great blog: "7 Completely No-Brainer Ways to Go Green," where you'll find out why one reviewer wrote, "Great post! We all need to start doing more of this. These things are so easy to do yet people are still having a hard time making the transition. Thanks for the info!"

Change doesn't come easy, but like all great challenges, it's often very worthwhile. Go to PeopleJam.com and use or review products that will help make a difference in your life. And as you embark on your journey, remember the words of the revered Mahatma Gandhi, "Be the change you want to see in the world."

Even though the election is over, change is still a constant. I always love to see what's suggested by the Jam, in case I haven't read something yet.
