Dumbbell Bench Press – 65# dbs
Weighted Sit Ups – 30# db
Push Ups
Kettlebell Snatch – 24 kg kettlebell
Push Press – 95# barbell
Time: 21:15
Good, hard, slow workout. Was brutally difficult in cardio, but there was a definite limit to how quickly I could cycle my reps due to the heavy weights. The bench press was the hardest… after my first round, I could only work in sets of 3 or 4 reps!
