Start by taking a 20-minute walk each day and gradually work your way toward a brisk hour-long walk. I combine my walk with my errands. I walk to the market for small odds and ends rather than drive. I lost ten pounds within 3 months of doing this.
Walking is one of the best forms of exercise. Not only does it provide many health benefits, it's environment friendly. You'll have more energy and look better and feel better. Also, I come up with some of my best ideas when I'm walking.
