It doesn't take Barry Sears, Dr. Adkins, Suzanne Summers or anyone else to tell you that vegetables and fruits are better than chocolate cake for losing weight, right? Forget the diet books - you already know what and what not to eat... the key is being prepared!

Make the GOOD food - vegetables, fruit, fats, and protein sources - readily available. If it's not in your fridge when you go to have a snack or meal, you definitely won't eat it.

EVERY WEEK, commit yourself to making that all important trip to the market, to stock up on healthy choices in your fridge so that when you get that craving - you've got something good to eat!

Bad choices are EASY when nothing else is available. That quick trip to Carls Jr, or Subway is easily justifiable when there is nothing in your fridge and to eat a good meal at home would first mean a trip to the market. So make the GOOD STUFF available and keep it fresh - so when you open the fridge, you've got stuff in there that you like, that is also good for you!
