Clean & Jerks - 10, 6, 4, 4, 2, 2 reps
This one was not for time, instead, for max weight on each set.
Round 1: 10 reps with 95 lbs
Round 2: 4 reps with 135 lbs
Round 3: 4 reps with 155 lbs
Round 4: 2 reps with 185 lbs - missed
Round 5: 2 reps with 185 lbs - missed
Round 6: 2 reps with 185 lbs - missed
- ok - I totally got in my head about this one... could definitely have gotten it, but I chickened out!
finished with 7 reps at 135 lbs - felt GREAT!
