I did this wearing my NEW weight vest with 15 pounds. The weight was definitely challenging, but not nearly so bad as the design of the vest. Right from the start it started chafing me under the arms. I dealt with it through the first round, then started getting frustrated. I tried making adjustments… to no avail… scrape, scratch… felt horrible. Finally threw it off for Kettlebell swings. I made it through, but was totally frustrated by the end. It wasn’t a terribly hard workout, nor was the weight terribly bad, but the f**king weight vest has GOT to go. I think I’ll try a Smart Vest next time…
