Hi Andy,
I am enjoying reading your workout routines. It's inspiring... and intimidating! You are amazing. I like reading about your workouts because it gives me great ideas about what I can do to vary my own routine at the gym. Also, i like the fact that you don't rely on fancy equipment. Most of these exercises can be done by anyone at home (with the exception of the weights, of course!). it seems like you blend running / aerobic workouts with strength building workouts.
Keep posting more stuff. It's fun to check it out.
