I am an avid cook, a gourmand and my friends all pledge they would take classes from me. I just keep getting in my own way and focusing on other things.
Course 1: The Art of the Mushroom - Porcini ravioli with a truffle champagne sauce, filet mignon with a mushroom cognac sauce, truffled mashed potatoes, chorizo stuffed mushroom, and sake marinated portobellos. Lots of red wine. You go home with your own bottle of truffle oil.
Trevor, this sounds like an awesome, yummy idea! Not to mention a lot of fun and it sounds like your friends are game... so what are you willing to do today to get out of your own way? ;)

Trevor, it's October 14. Did you teach your cooking class yet? The menu is scrumptious! And perfect for the Fall and Winter too!
Here's what I do whenever I want to teach a new class or workshop. I settle on a topic that I'm passionate about. Then I create an outline (which you've already done), and I set the date.
The hardest part comes next, but I start publicizing it immediately, while I'm still feeling passionate. Now I'm committed, so I HAVE to go ahead with my plans, and you know it works out.
Once you put the idea out to the Universe, AND you put in some extra time and energy promoting it, you are already manifesting your class. The food is already on the table, and everyone is getting merrier with each swig of red wine! NOTE: Before you get too merry, remember to have them sign up to receive information for your next class.
