Take PeopleJam to the Next Level

Starting PeopleJam was never just about "starting" a company. Its about turning a vision into reality for my partner, Rob, our employees, our investors and our business partners. I'll do everything possible to make PeopleJam a success because I believe in our company and owe it to everyone who has put their faith is us to make it so (in the words of Jean-Luc).

PeopleJam will represent a way of living for our audience. Members of our community and visitors to our site will be inspired and informed through PeopleJam such that they will make better choices, be more fulfilled and generally get more out of life. We're building this company to have a positive impact on people's lives and to enable every individual to have a more positive impact on those around them. There will be a day when its clear that's what we've achieved; that will be when PeopleJam no longer feels like a start-up company and has gone to the "next level".

Amen to that, Matt!! What a wonderful gift you have all given to the members and the world at large. Thank you for sharing your goal and vision and for allowing all of us to be a part of this exciting time and space. You have piqued my curiosity, what does/will the "next level" look like?

One of the attributes of PJ that made me really want to be a part of it is the infection vision of the founding duo! Too often good ideas get tossed out and fear replaces vision and the idea fizzles. The energy within and behind PJ is palpable and that is due to the constant visioning of all the members and our leadership. No longer will internet users be forced to find the highest of the lowest common denominators -- PJ raises the bar and encourages all users to dig deep and rise to the occasion!

Hello Matt,

I'm new to PJ as of October 13th, 2007. I joined as soon as I heard about it from my friend and fellow coach Tina Elliot. As soon as she told me what you were creating here I could not say tell me more fast enough.

I would love to 'view' the picture you have painted in your minds eye of all that PJ will be, and is rapidly becoming.

There is something very powerful about sharing your creative vision with groups of like minded people that take it exponentually up the creative scale into manifested reality!

Thomas Leonard (one of the fathers of coaching) knew that when he hosted his countless R&D calls and invited us to come and play and create our world as coaches.

I loved being on those calls with him and being part of the visioning process.

The book 'The Secret' speaks to this process as creating a vision board. Abraham-Hicks calls it The Law of Attraction.

Guy Kawasaki refers to harvesting and using this power as evangelistic leadership. Get the people who believe in you and what you are doing to spread the word. Share and hold the vision,

This kind of vision process works and does so powerfully.

What better place to share your vision, i.e. paint a picture of PJ, than here on PJ, where everyone on board, be it member, coach, or expert, is passionate about being a part of this grand adventure and making it happen.

So please, tell us what PJ looks like, in all of it's glory, and we'll help you hold the vision, create it, and add our own unique talents and gifts.
