'm compiling my free newsletter's tips, stories and recipes into a transformative little book that will be available in a couple of weeks. Here is a selection:
I love to walk. It clears my head as well as being a nice gentle exercise. On one of my favorite streets to walk, they have been building a new home. They took apart the existing house piece by piece leaving the solid foundation, to begin the building of the new house. Learning to eat more whole foods is like this house. Sometimes it can take many months to clear away the old to make way for the new you. Than the changes are solid and lasting and give you what you truly desire for yourself. For some people, they like to dig in and create as much as they can right away. For others, they like to take their time and learn a little at a time. I've seen how I have built my own health and life piece by piece like that house. I've worked with many tools and I continually seek out more to see what I might achieve. The rewards go on and on as I get to live in a body that is everything I want it to be. I feel clear and strong and healthy on a daily basis now. I like how I look and feel. I also know what to do when little things crop up. As they will in a body or in a home. If a light bulb burns out in your home, you don’t need to call in the electrician. You simply change the light bulb. Lately I’ve been having fun eating more summer fruits. I know my limits. I also know when my focus and clarity are suffering from too much acid forming food. I just go into my toolbox of things I know how to do, to get me back to center. It’s as easy as changing the light bulb. Recently I've had several clients return for more coaching after the initial foundation work they did. Some came back just for cooking instruction and some came back to do life coaching to shift their thinking and how they are operating. Each of these individuals are building their tools to create everything they would like in their life. Transformation is a process. Do something each day in the direction of where you desire to be and you will build the things you like.
