I had a client who knows all about beauty. She knows every product out there from make-up to shampoo and she just never had nice nails no matter what she did. Then she met me. We were not working on nails or beauty as she had some other issues she wanted me to fix. I taught her about adding in some sea vegetables into her diet as they are packed with wonderful minerals. Most were unappealing to her but she found she liked one called Dulse. It's convenient as you can eat it right out of the package or buy sprinkles. She ate just a very small amount each day and discovered quite quickly that her nails were now growing strong and healthy for the first time in her life.

a little healthy goes a long way...

Most health food stores carry various packages of sea vegetables. The most common is Nori that is sold in sheets and used for Sushi. Dulse is more popular in countries like England and Ireland where they used to put it in their oatmeal for breakfast unlike us Americans who put sugar and milk in our oats.
